1. Shipping & Delivery
Yes. We offer worldwide shipping from our base in Italy. All orders are dispatched with trusted courier partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. For made-to-order or pre-order items, it will usually take approximately 4 to 6 weeks; but we will confirm the estimated production and delivery time upon purchase.
Delivery times vary by destination.
- Italy: 24-48 hours.
- Within Europe: orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days.
- International orders: typically take 5–10 business days.
You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.
2. Taxes, Duties & Restrictions
Orders shipped within the EU (UK & Switzerland Included) include VAT. For orders shipped outside the EU, duties and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing your order.
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, certain destinations may have restrictions on importing leather goods. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.
For legal and customs compliance, we must declare the correct value of goods and cannot mark orders as gifts.
3. Payments

4. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the shoes are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Yes. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, colour, or style, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to confirm availability. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must meet the same condition requirements as returns. If the requested item is unavailable, we can process a refund, exchange with a different product and where, upon material availability, made-to-order.
Simply email us at alessandro@alessandrogasparini.com with your order number, and our team will provide return or exchange instructions. For exchanges, we will hold the replacement item for you until we receive the original pair back.
5. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order
When you place a pre-order, you secure your pair before it is produced. The estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page and in your order confirmation.
Made-to-order shoes typically require 4–6 weeks for production, as each pair is individually crafted by our artisans in Italy.
No. We do not apply any surcharge for made-to-order items — you pay the same price as our ready-to-wear shoes.
We accept changes or cancellations within 48 hours of placing your order. After this period, materials and production may already be allocated, and changes cannot be guaranteed.
Yes, they can be returned or exchanged under our standard returns policy, provided they are unworn and in original condition.
6. Sizes
Our loafers use EU sizing and are crafted with soft materials that naturally mould to your feet. We recommend selecting your regular shoe size for a snug yet comfortable fit. You can refer to our size chart for EU–UK–US conversions.

7. Product Details
Every pair of ALESSANDRO GASPARINI shoes are 100% handmade in Italy by skilled artisans, using only the finest leathers and suedes sourced from trusted Italian tanneries.
Yes. Our loafers are fully lined in premium calf leather for comfort, breathability, and durability.
8. Product Care
Use a soft brush or cloth to remove dust. Apply a neutral or colour-matched cream polish regularly to nourish the leather. Store them with cedar shoe trees to maintain shape.
Brush gently with a suede brush to remove dirt and maintain the nap. Use a suede protector spray to help guard against water and stains. Avoid wearing in heavy rain.
We do not offer in-house repairs, but our shoes are constructed to be fully resoleable by skilled cobblers.
