What is Pre-Order/Out-of-Stock?

Pre-ordering allows you to:

• Secure Alessandro Gasparini’s exclusive designs before they are available for immediate delivery.
• Reorder your size on an existing style, material and colour if out of stock.

By placing a pre-order/Out-of-Stock, you ensure that your desired product and size are reserved, especially for our limited-production collections.

How It Works:

1. Select your size and complete your purchase as usual.
2. Your pre-order item will be crafted or sourced and shipped within 6-8 weeks.
3. We’ll keep you informed with email updates, from confirmation to shipping.

Seasonal Notice: In August, Italy traditionally pauses for the summer holiday period, and many of our artisan workshops temporarily close. For this reason, orders placed during August, or in the weeks immediately preceding it, may take a little longer than usual. Any delayed orders will be processed as soon as production resumes after the summer closure.

Terms & Conditions:

• Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.
• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary slightly based on the craftsmanship process, material availability and due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If delays occur, we will notify you promptly and provide regular updates.
  

Return & Refund:

Our Return & Refund policy are the same as you were to purchase an existing product from our online store.
