What is Made-to-Order?
Made-to-order products are individually crafted to your specifications, ensuring unparalleled quality and a personal connection to your Alessandro Gasparini loafers. This approach reflects our commitment to sustainability and craftsmanship, minimizing waste while creating footwear that’s uniquely yours.

How It Works:

1. Choose your preferred style, size, and any available customization options.
2. Complete your order, and our artisans will begin creating your loafers exclusively for you.
3. Made-to-order items typically require 6-8 weeks for production. You’ll receive updates during each step of the process.

Seasonal Notice: In August, Italy traditionally pauses for the summer holiday period, and many of our artisan workshops temporarily close. For this reason, orders placed during August, or in the weeks immediately preceding it, may take a little longer than usual. Any delayed orders will be processed as soon as production resumes after the summer closure.

Terms & Conditions:

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase to initiate the production of your made-to-order item.
• Due to the bespoke nature of these products, cancellations or changes are only permitted within 48 hours of placing your order.
• Made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to the complexity of craftsmanship or material availability.
